Infrastructure Facility
We have established a modern infrastructure facility,
managed by qualified professionals that allow us to offer distinguished
quality of Cast Iron Products. Infrastructure incorporates a modern
manufacturing unit that is located at Kadamtala, Howrah and equipped with
latest manufacturing machines. It enables us to develop our Cast Iron
Products with cutting edge technology. Our manufacturing unit is spread over
an area of 3000 square feet with installation capacity of 3000 units that
make it possible to carry out our business operations smoothly.
We have installed following machines that enable us to manufacture
qualitative range of Cast Iron Products:
- Stand Grinding machines

- Two coals fired cupola-having capacity of 50 M/t and 20 M/t

Further, we also possess following facilities at our manufacturing unit
that allow us to carry out our operation with ease and comfort:

- 6 Hot Rooms for quality finishing
- Electricity with sanctioned load capacity of 80 HP
- Generator of 65 KVA as alternate for un-interrupted electric supply
Our robust infrastructure facility allows us to manufacture cast iron
casting from 200 gms to 20 M/T in single piece. Further, we are also capable
of carrying out fabrication of any size and length casting with a capacity
of 800 M/t per month. In order to meet the production requirements, we are
also setting up another unit in at New Foundry Park, at Kona in Howrah.

established a modern quality testing facilities that enable us to check our
Cast Iron Products on various industrial standards. Further, we have
